The important thing right now is for the public to see and understand what this lawless and increasingly unhinged president is trying to do.
Vote TRUMP sycophants and 'goons' -- who could care less about you, me or the U.S. economy -- OUT:
"It is also important to note that Trump has taken steps to cut funding and undermine the independence of some of the government programmes and agencies that have been tasked in recent years with monitoring election security."
“…FEMA also documented $79 million in damage in New York, $45 million in Massachusetts and $19 million in Rhode Island, according to officials from those states. That follows a pattern reported by POLITICO in March: Most of Trump’s denials involving Democratic-led states occurred after FEMA had documented sufficient damage to qualify for aid.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🪱🪱🪱🪳🪳🪳 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🪱🪱🪱🪳🪳🪳 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🪱🪱🪱🪳🪳🪳🤬🤬🤬🤬
FEMA said Tuesday that it has “returned to a more rigorous review process” under Trump to ensure that “requests for federal assistance are justified and not granted for routine or expected weather events.”
Two days before Trump denied aid to the four Northeastern states, he approved 11 other requests for disaster aid that include three U.S. territories or tribes. Approvals also went to Wisconsin and Michigan, both of which have Democratic governors.
The disaster declarations Trump approved involved less-damaging events than the four he rejected.
For example, Trump denied Rhode Island’s request for $19 million — which is roughly 10 times the state’s threshold to qualify. That came as Trump approved $8.6 million for Louisiana after it was hit by a tropical storm — an amount that it is roughly equivalent to the state’s qualification threshold…”

“There’s a very easy way to not get impeached: Stop committing impeachable offenses,” Raskin added. “Stop committing high crimes and misdemeanors. Don’t go to war and usurp the powers of Congress to declare war. That’s up to us. Don’t spend money in a way different from how Congress has appropriated money. Don’t impose illegal taxes and tariffs on the American people without congressional consent.”

Trump is stealing $1.7 BILLION of your money to set up a totally unprecedented, first-in-American-history political slush fund that he can use to dole out cash to win loyalty and favors for him and his family. https://t.co/mDgTkuaHN1
"The Justice Department on Tuesday expanded the agreement it reached this week with President Trump to resolve his extraordinary lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service to include a provision that would bar the agency from pursuing tax claims against the president, his family or his businesses.Source: https://www.nytimes.com/2026/05/19/us/trump-irs-doj-lawsuit-audit.htm
In a one-page document signed by acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and quietly posted on the department’s website, officials vowed not to pursue any matters, including those involving Mr. Trump’s tax returns, that are currently pending."

"“....Time and time again, I felt it was my duty to cover up his dirty deeds rather than to listen to my own inner voice and my moral compass,” said a choked-up Cohen, a lawyer who once boasted he would “take a bullet” for Trump. “My weakness can be characterized as a blind loyalty to Donald Trump, and I was weak for not having the strength to question and to refuse his demands.”"

"The Office also announced today that it has previously reached a non-prosecution agreement with AMI, in connection with AMI’s role in making the above-described $150,000 payment before the 2016 presidential election. As a part of the agreement, AMI admitted that it made the $150,000 payment in concert with a candidate’s presidential campaign, and in order to ensure that the woman did not publicize damaging allegations about the candidate before the 2016 presidential election. AMI further admitted that its principal purpose in making the payment was to suppress the woman’s story so as to prevent it from influencing the election."
"...The Justice Department stopped short of accusing Trump of directly committing a crime. Instead, they said in a court filing Friday night that Trump told his former personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, to make illegal payments to buy the silence of two women — porn actress Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal — who claimed to have had affairs with Trump and threatened his White House bid. Trump has denied having an affair."

...With accused philanderer (etc.) Trump in office -- they are (essentially) silent and do NOTHING:..................................................
"President Trump’s lawyer secretly obtained a temporary restraining order last week to prevent a pornographic film star from speaking out about her alleged affair with Mr. Trump, according to legal documents and interviews....
....The details of the order emerged on Wednesday after the White House’s spokeswoman, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, said that Mr. Trump’s lawyer had won an arbitration proceeding against Ms. Clifford, who goes by the name of Stormy Daniels.
Ms. Sanders’s statement put the White House in the middle of a story that Mr. Trump and his lawyer had been trying to keep quiet for well over a year. The turn of events created the spectacle of a sitting president using legal maneuvers to avoid further scrutiny of salacious accusations of an affair and a payoff involving the porn star....."
"President Donald Trump's lawyer is trying to silence adult-film star Stormy Daniels, obtaining a secret restraining order in a private arbitration proceeding and warning that she will face penalties if she publicly discusses a relationship with the president, NBC News has learned.....
"...Reached for comment late Wednesday afternoon, Clifford's current attorney, Michael Avenatti, said Cohen, through his own attorney, Lawrence Rosen, has made further attempts to enforce the order and caution Clifford that she is subject to damages if she talks about Trump.
"Earlier today, Mr. Cohen through his attorney, Mr. Rosen, further threatened my client in an effort to prevent her from telling the truth about what really happened," Avenatti said. "We do not take kindly to these threats, nor we will be intimidated.""-- Source article link. (No copyright claimed or intended, No affiliation.)
