Wayne LaPierre and Donald Trump...GOP and the NRA: ANYTHING to push guns

(Commentary:)

Law-abiding Americans are required to reach a certain age, obtain training, pass a test, obtain a license -- and purchase liability insurance (47 states) -- to legally drive a vehicle.

Driving offenses - even "minor" ones - are at least somewhat monitored/enforced, and punishable by law.

..'Freedom' to operate such a ubiquitous -- but also potentially dangerous -- machine comes with legal restrictions and personal responsibilities.....
