Police reportedly 'neutralized' the Dayton mass killer-shooter in about 30 seconds (after the first shot). Nine still died

If true (..little real reason to doubt it..), no one can realistically ask for a quicker and better police response than what occurred in Dayton mass shooting, under almost any circumstances..

YES: It very much IS about the killing-machine weapons (and magazines) obtained and used in these terrible shootings.
